The Training Manager will oversee all training initiatives within the BPO environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, effective management of training logistics, and continuous enhancement of training methodologies to improve employee performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute training programs, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and implement tailored training solutions.
- Manage all training logistics, including trainer deployment, technology, and classroom setup.
- Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness using performance metrics and industry best practices.
- Assess, coach, and develop trainers to strengthen skills and promote continuous learning.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2+ years as a Training Manager or 3+ years as a Training Supervisor in a BPO setting.
- Experience managing 5+ trainers and executing end-to-end training interventions.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, the ADDIE Model, and Adult Learning Principles.
- Willing to work onsite in General Santos with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as
