Role overview:
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in delivering Celnor Group’s recruitment strategy across all business units. You’ll work in close partnership with business leaders and hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring activity, while driving consistency, quality, and pace of hire.
You’ll also take ownership of specific talent acquisition projects, including early careers, LinkedIn campaigns, candidate experience, and diversity hiring initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a passionate recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships, using data to inform decisions, and helping to shape a high-impact, decentralised recruitment function.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct line management responsibilities, but you will be a key delivery partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition and wider People function.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles within Celnor Group business units from briefing through to offer.
· Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders, providing market insights, recruitment guidance, and candidate recommendations.
· Support workforce planning discussions with stakeholders to proactively plan hiring pipelines aligned to budgets and business growth.
· Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategy, interview processes, and employer branding, ensuring high-quality, inclusive hiring practices.
· Contribute to the Armed Forces Covenant programme and Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) through active engagement and pipeline development.
· Manage candidate pipelines using the Group ATS, ensuring accurate data, timely communications, and great candidate experience throughout.
· Create engaging job adverts and LinkedIn posts, working in line with EVP and business unit identity.
· Monitor and report on key metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, diversity stats, and candidate satisfaction.
· Support the development and refinement of scalable recruitment processes and documentation.
· Contribute to the improvement of the group-wide PSL and reduce reliance on agencies by championing direct sourcing.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
· Proven experience in a recruitment role (in-house or RPO), preferably within a fast-paced, multi-business or matrix organisation.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and advise confidently across all levels of the business.
· Strong delivery mindset, able to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining high standards and pace of hire.
· Passion for inclusive hiring and creating great candidate experiences.
· Data-driven approach, comfortable using systems and metrics to inform actions and priorities.
· Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to write engaging content and lead credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers.
· Collaborative and proactive, able to work independently while being a strong team player in a growing function.
