ABA Schedule Coordinator

Job Overview

The scheduling coordinator creates and maintains the schedule for specified locations for employees and clients alike. The scheduling coordinator works closely with centerleads and director of clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating center schedules and distributing to staff on specified days of the week.
  • Responsible for timely communication of all scheduling changes to client families, employees and management as necessary and appropriate.
  • Coordinates with families regarding appointments and sessions.
  • Maintains employee attendance tracker on a daily basis. 
  • Ensure documentation from staff is turned into HR in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the day to day operations that include answering phones, handling inquiries, taking messages in a professional manner that supports customer service.
  • Responsible for confirming all documentation is received and compliant with requirements for ensuring reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with payroll by verifying sessions/hours worked to ensure correct employee compensation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Certifications, Registration or Licensure-

Valid State of Michigan’s Driver’s License and current auto insurance

Minimum Knowledge and Education-

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with the Google Suite

Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Work Experience-

Required: Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, preferably in an office setting which includes answering multi-line telephones.

Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience scheduling.
