Solenis Light Industrial Solutions is driving a major global transformation, and we’re seeking a Senior Project & Change Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership—including the Global President of NCH Industrial—to deliver cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead strategic transformation projects across multiple countries
- Analyse complex business challenges and turn insights into actionable plans
- Drive scalability of service processes and implement best practices
- Support development of the European Key Accounts strategy
- Execute growth initiatives focused on geographic expansion
- Manage work plans, governance, and gate review processes using TMO tools
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure strong change adoption and stakeholder alignment
