We’re Hiring! Scheduler / Service Coordinator – Gloucester

Are you highly organised, great with customers, and confident juggling a busy workload? We’re looking for a proactive Scheduler to join our growing team in Gloucester, GL13. 

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
  • Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for our field technicians
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm bookings and provide updates
  • Manage incoming job requests and allocate work efficiently
  • Use Excel and internal systems to track jobs, update records, and maintain schedules
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow

 What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel, email, and scheduling software
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous scheduling, admin, or customer service experience (advantageous)
