Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for our field technicians
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm bookings and provide updates
- Manage incoming job requests and allocate work efficiently
- Use Excel and internal systems to track jobs, update records, and maintain schedules
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using Excel, email, and scheduling software
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Previous scheduling, admin, or customer service experience (advantageous)
