This role is ideal for a results-driven leader passionate about service excellence and team development. The Senior Team Lead will support Operations Managers by guiding and developing Team Leaders to meet performance and operational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements.
- Manage client updates, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership and clients.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or BPO setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes, terminology, and compliance (HIPAA, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; experience with healthcare platforms is a plus.
- Internal candidate with a strong track record of performance and leadership.
