As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll partner with clients and our internal team to support corporate accounts and ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll manage orders, deliver excellent service, and leverage our platforms for efficiency.
This role goes beyond traditional support—our team receives in-depth training to become experts. You'll gain strong product knowledge, represent our brand with confidence, and help drive client success in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support order management and processing by working with customers to ensure prompt product delivery
- Learn and understand client operational structure and adapt company platform(s) to meet needs
- Creatively troubleshoot and resolve issues, building strategy for resolution before problems arise
- Establish and maintain consistent communication methods and cadence with clients
- Become an expert in Gearcor products and their relevance to clients
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create an excellent client experience
- Provide honest, consistent, and actionable feedback to Senior Account Manager(s)
- Other duties as needed to create an exceptional experience for our stakeholders
