- 730 S Jason St. Unit 18 Denver, CO 80223 (In person, not remote or hybrid)

- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Internal Facing:
- Interface With: Service Scheduling, Engineering, Accounting, Partners
- Scheduling: Manage and Schedule based on clients needs
- Collaboration: Work with Director of Client Services to resolve issues
- Expedite: Efficiently move the issue through various departments
- RMA's: Manage/track products that are being returned/repaired to close out tickets
- Reporting: Monthly reports summarizing ticket volume, resolution times, and trends
