Position: Overnight Attendant Supervisor
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Friday to Sunday; 9pm to 7:30am (three 10-hour shifts)

The Overnight Attendant Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and overseeing multiple parking locations in Portland, ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with entry and exit transactions, maintaining parking equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. You will be expected to answer emergency calls and cover shifts and help fellow employees in the event of an emergency. The Overnight Attendant Supervisor will also provide detailed reports at the end of their shift regarding any issues encountered.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee multiple parking locations during overnight shifts.
- Provide customer service by assisting with entry/exit transactions.
- Maintain parking equipment in operating condition and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Work closely with team members and management to meet cleanliness and safety standards.Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner.
- Direct incoming guests to available parking spaces as a traffic controller.
- Perform vehicle counts to prevent overfilling of parking spaces.
- Issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors for policy violations.
- Control traffic at entrances and exits and assist guests in locating their vehicles.
- Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed.
- Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management.
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates. the upkeep of the garage and report hazards to superiors.
- Maintaining upkeep and tidiness of company vehicle. (Not taken home)
Keep Emergency phone on you and answer quickly while on shift.
Charge the company vehicle every time you are done using it to ensure the next person has a vehicle available.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
