Position Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging potential customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing FileRight’s immigration preparation services. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to close sales while providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats with prospective customers.
- Explain FileRight’s services, pricing, and process clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
- Maintain high conversion rates by following structured sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, quality assurance scores).
- Stay updated on immigration forms, service updates, and company policies.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in BPO, online services, or financial/immigration support).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk) is an advantage.
- Willing to work US hours and weekends if required.
