You will be supervising a team of Clamp Truck Drivers and Bale Pickers at our MRF site in Braunstone Frith, Leicester. You will also be overseeing the material output process ensuring the team is adhering to company rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Charch Hands, Clamp Truck Drivers and Bale Pickers
- Oversea the material output process and meet business objectives
- Provide first line leadership to ensure KPI's are met
- Stock takes and controls of materials
- Conducting investigations in line with the disciplinary procedure
- Full compliance of health and safety
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- B1 Counterbalance Licence
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team in a production environment
