This is a remote in Dallas, TX position.

The candidate should have the ability to leverage a strong network of potential candidates, or quickly develop one.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and source viable candidates through various channels, including databases, professional networks, and industry events.
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles, including resumes and qualifications, to present to the proposal team in alignment with specific project needs.
- Manage candidate communications and build strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in developing strategies to attract top talent and improve the overall quality of candidate submissions to proposals.
- Stay updated on designed opportunities and requirements, ensuring that candidate qualifications meet the criteria outlined in solicitations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruiting processes and improve response times.
- Monitor industry trends and government policies that may impact talent needs and contracting opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against proposal needs.
