We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wastewater Engineer with deep expertise in pump station design and wastewater/stormwater hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience—including QA/QC oversight, procurement, and detailed design—and excel in building client relationships, developing compelling proposals, and securing project funding. Pump Station Design: Lead the design and implementation of pump stations, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Hydraulic Systems: Design and analyze water/wastewater/stormwater hydraulic systems to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, including QA/QC, procurement, and design phases.

Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Proposal Writing: Prepare detailed and competitive proposals to secure new projects and funding opportunities.

Funding: Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants and partnerships, to support project initiatives.
