Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Creative to elevate CDL’s brand identity and marketing output on a global scale. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll define our visual language, accelerate go-to-market campaigns, and leverage AI-powered creative workflows to deliver high-impact assets faster and smarter.

You will be teaming up with the Product Designer, working closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership teams to craft compelling visuals, motion graphics, and digital experiences that resonate with diverse audiences worldwide.

We have a salary of up to £55,000 per annum + benefits, based on experience.

What You'll Do

  • Shape CDL’s Brand Identity: Develop and evolve our visual language to position CDL as an innovative, trusted InsurTech leader.
  • Lead Creative Direction: Translate marketing goals into engaging visual narratives across digital, motion, and print.
  • Accelerate Campaign Delivery: Produce high-quality assets for launches, presentations, and international campaigns.
  • Leverage AI for Scale: Use AI-powered tools for image generation, video editing, and automated workflows to triple productivity.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
  • Mentor & Innovate: We have Product Designers, you will be the first dedicated creative. You will set the creative standards, as we build the creative team guide junior designers, and build scalable design systems. 

What We're looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior creative or design leadership role.
  • Expertise in motion graphics, digital design, and brand storytelling; print knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align creative output with business goals.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
