Together with the entire kitchen team, they ensure that our guests enjoy a culinary experience of the highest standard. The gastronomic offerings of our restaurants are characterized by light and creative cuisine. We rely on the best products from the mountains and the enthusiasm of our employees. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in an upscale 5-star restaurant
  • Professional competence, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as a very high awareness of quality
  • Structured and organized approach to work
  • Keen interest in team-oriented work
  • Good knowledge of German and English
