Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for office staff.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to clients and team members.
  • Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary to ensure availability.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
