Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking Home Care Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
The Home Care Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the first point of contact for clients, patients, and caregivers who require assistance with personal care and home health services. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information on personal care and home health services.
- Assist clients with scheduling, service requests, and care-related inquiries while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Address concerns and escalations with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Care Coordinators, Nurses, Scheduling, Billing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- BPO experience is preferred but not required
- Background in healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
