Officer, IT Team

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible to installation, configuration and maintenance of infrastructure and network equipment both hardware and software.

• Checking log of systems and applications create and managing user account.

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues

• Maintain IT Documentation and prepare basic daily and weekly report.

• Ensure all systems and network operating at optimal performance levels.

• Implement IT-related project, such as systems upgrades, software developments or network expansions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma and above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

• 1 - 2 years and above of experience in IT support or systems administration.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and common software applications
