Gravity Global is seeking an experienced, HubSpot-certified Administrator or Consultant (3–5 years) to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you’ll play a pivotal part in implementing, optimizing, and supporting HubSpot – with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing Hub. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs in alignment with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
- Conduct technical audits and assessments of client HubSpot portals to identify opportunities for workflow, process, and performance improvements.
- Build and manage the HubSpot platform: Set up, configure, and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automations, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Develop and refine custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven sales and marketing decisions.
- Promote best practices for data hygiene, governance, and pipeline management to ensure HubSpot data quality across accounts.
- Train and support users: Deliver onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day support to drive adoption and realize full value from HubSpot.
- Integrate HubSpot with other core tools in the martech stack (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6sense) as needed.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices to continuously enhance client and agency use of HubSpot.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (client-facing proficiency required)
- HubSpot Administrator or Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience (preferably agency or B2B).
- Deep expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. (Experience with Service Hub is a plus but not required.)
- Demonstrated success in configuring and optimizing automations, lead management, segmentation, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Experience supporting or advising clients on HubSpot best practices and technical solutions.
- Skilled in data quality management and cross-platform integrations.
- Adept communicator able to work across multiple teams and with diverse client stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver.

- HubSpot Sales Hub Software Certification
- Revenue Operations Certification
- Reporting Certification
Other advanced certifications (CRM Implementation, Inbound, or Operations Software) are also valuable.
