Head of Member Benefits, will shape and deliver a standout benefits portfolio that truly elevates the value we offer to our UK Supply Chain Division’s contractor network. You’ll be at the forefront of sourcing and securing high-impact third-party partners, building a best-in-class suite of products and services that help contractors run safer, smarter, and more cost-efficient businesses.
This is a role for a commercially driven, partnership-savvy leader who thrives on creating meaningful value. You’ll own the full lifecycle of our benefits offering—from strategy and development to launch, engagement, and long-term retention—ensuring our members feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
What that means day to day
Define and deliver a member benefits strategy that aligns with contractor needs, market trends, and the division’s value proposition.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage third-party benefit partners to ensure strong performance, quality, and commercial value.
Own commercial outcomes, including revenue contribution, contractor cost savings, ROI, and business cases for new benefit opportunities.
Drive benefit engagement through clear communication, effective marketing, and seamless digital experiences across the contractor lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to embed benefits into core offerings and support programme growth.
Influence senior stakeholders and provide leadership to teams to deliver a market-leading contractor value proposition.
What you’ll need to be successful
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in partnership management, commercial development, and delivering membership benefits within B2B or member-led environments. You'll have a proven ability to source, negotiate, and deliver high-impact partnerships, supported by excellent commercial acumen, financial modelling skills, and confident budget ownership.
