You Are:
  • An up and coming acoustics engineer (recent grad or a couple of years experience) focused on large-scale acoustical analysis, design, documentation, and validation for major projects such as arena/stadiums, convention centers, theaters, commercial space, residential buildings, and other large public venues.  
You Have:
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, EASE, CadnaA/SoundPLAN and other modeling software is required.  A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your Location:
  • Our Office: 14143 Denver West Pkwy Golden, CO 80401
  • Your Projects: Commercial venues (Including Stadiums & Arenas) all over the world!
  • But you can be anywhere in the US!
Your Schedule:
  • Full Time
  • Business Hours: Mon-Thur from 7:30am to 5:30pm & Fri 7:30am to 11:30am
  • Our Core Hours: Mon-Thur from 9:00am to 4:00pm & Fri 9:00am to 11:30am
  • All employees are expected to be available during Core Hours

Your Contribution to ME Engineers:

You would be responsible for all aspects of the acoustic design process:
  • Acoustical Modeling: Predict room acoustics and sound system performance
  • Assisting MEP Teams: Mechanical noise control modeling and analysis
  • Sound/Impact Isolation: Architectural review and analysis
  • Environmental Noise: Surveys, measurements, 3D models, and formal documentation
  • Recommendations to Project Design Team: Clear report writing
  • Site Visits: Conduct measurements, validate performance,  document results, create reports

What Makes You Successful:

  • Recent grad OR 1-3yrs in Acoustical Eng: Large-scale analysis, design, documentation, and validation
  • Project Types: arena/stadiums, convention centers, theaters, large public venues
  • Software Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, EASE, CadnaA/SoundPLAN (and other modeling software)
  • Education: Degree in acoustics, engineering, physics, architecture, or audio design
  • Understanding of the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • CTS or CTS-D certification is desirable but not required
