Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Leadership: Take complete ownership of the entire project lifecycle: from detailed planning and scope definition to rigorous execution and oversight of all activities.
- Ecosystem Management: Serve as the central liaison, ensuring fluid coordination and alignment between internal teams (Business and Technology/IT) and the network of external vendors.
- Financial and Timeline Control: Maintain strict budget control and adherence to timelines, guaranteeing timely delivery within defined limits.
- Proactive Mitigation: Implement continuous tracking of Risks and Issues, proactively managing obstacles to keep the project on track.
- Methodology Adoption: Lead the configuration, support, and adoption of project management methodologies and tools within the organization.
The Project Manager is expected to deliver:
- Management Documentation: Development of Strategic Plans, Schedules (Gantt/Roadmaps), and clear and concise Status Reports for senior management.
- Value Reports and KPIs: Creation of Control Panels and Visualizations in Power BI for real-time tracking of KPIs and project progress.
- Transparency: Generation of Meeting Minutes, Risk/Issue Logs, and Communication Summaries for high-level stakeholders.
- Quality and Closure: Support the coordination of testing (QA) and the final validation of business requirements, documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Skills
Must Have:
- Project Management: Mastery of Agile and PMI (Project Management Institute) methodologies.
- Productivity Suite: Expert handling of M365 (Microsoft Office 365), including MS Project.
- Collaboration Tools: Advanced experience with Jira (for Agile tracking) and Confluence (for documentation).
- Analysis and Visualization: Practical ability in creating dashboards and tracking KPIs with Power BI.
- English Level: Fully Bilingual (read, write, speak) [Conversational Level B2-C1-C2].
Nice to Have:
- Specific and verifiable experience in project management within the Financial Sector.
