We currently have an opportunity for a senior Architect with experience of leading projects in the residential sector. We are particularly interested in meeting people whose design ethos and aspirations align with our own, have experience working at later stages, leading teams, and managing the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities
As the project lead you be the first point of call for all project related activity, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, whilst steering the project team and keep the programme on track. You'll be an excellent communicator, a good leader, and able to create an environment within the project where creativity, collaboration, focus can flourish, and people can do their best work.
Notable skills, knowledge and expertise
Education and Experience
- ARB registered
- Previous experience of large-scale housing projects in the UK is essential
- Previous experience working at RIBA Stage 4+ essential
- BRPD competency, or open to working towards qualification
- Project leadership experience essential
