Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong sales ability, business discipline, and experience in buy-side Order and Execution Management Systems, to join our AMER sales team based in New York. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in enterprise solution sales within the capital markets and will be disciplined about the pace of progression through the sales cycle.  The successful Sales Executive will develop strong relationships, drive new business sales, and grow our customer base.


What Will You Be Involved With?

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, selling multi-asset order and execution management systems.
  • Own the full life cycle of a sale - Actively building and managing a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, lead generation and qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, GTM strategy and planning. Always focusing on moving the opportunity forward. 
  • Managing complex solution sales, working with product specialists to ensure that TT’s product suite is able to cover the prospect’s use case and requirements. Suggesting solutions/workarounds to meet these requirements.
  • Participating in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition and closing business. 
  • Working closely with other regional sales teams contributing to global opportunities
  • Building and maintaining GTM plans for top-tier prospects.
  • Hitting/exceeding annual and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Working with product teams to understand the roadmap and any new product initiatives, and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Gather meaningful product feedback from the client base and identify industry trends to help push our products forward.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Prior experience in new business sales required, in particular experience in negotiating Enterprise and Multiyear deals.
  • Exposure to the Futures, Fixed Income, FX, and Equities markets.
  • Good understanding of trading applications and the broader ecosystem (e.g. TCA, compliance, post-trade)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of sales experience required.
