Mission:
Lead and manage production operations to consistently meet or exceed efficiency, schedule, and revenue targets, while maintaining world-class safety, quality, culture, and team engagement standards.

Outcomes:
Efficiency Compliance:
- Maintain ≥85% efficiency across all production lines. Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM).
MPS (Master Production Schedule) Accomplishment:
- Achieve ≥95% on-time completion of production orders.
Revenue Compliance:
- Ensure production output meets or exceeds the forecasted shipment revenue.
Safety and Quality:
- Achieve zero lost-time accidents and maintain customer return defect rate below 0.3%, while actively driving a safety-first culture and ensuring all quality procedures are consistently followed and continuously improved.
