Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Specialist who combines product testing, content excellence, and market research to continuously improve our global outsourcing marketplace platform, Enosis Outsourcing (enosisoutsourcing.com).

This role will shape product quality by validating features, improving user experience, and identifying new data fields and structural parameters that make the portal more insightful, data-rich, and competitive.

You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to strengthen both the product experience and the information architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and existing features across browsers and devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
  • Test workflows, UI/UX interactions, and system integrations to detect bugs, gaps, and inconsistencies.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Research competitor platforms, industry portals, and emerging market trends to identify new data fields, parameters, and feature ideas.
  • Propose new portal fields, metadata structures, scoring frameworks, and profile enrichment ideas.
  • Prepare structured research documents and recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Write and update product-related content, feature descriptions, and portal page copy.
  • Proofread and refine internal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, tone, and structure.
  • Align content with SEO best practices including internal linking, proper metadata, and keyword strategy.
  • Maintain version control and content documentation.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to align functionality, visuals, and messaging.
  • Act as a bridge between user experience, content, and product logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in product operations, research, QA, content, or digital platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong research and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Understanding of UAT, UX fundamentals, and content best practices.
  • Experience with competitor analysis, market mapping, or business research.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and CMS platforms.
  • Experience using product management or bug tracking tools.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong ownership and accountability.
