Technician

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our vending machines and ensuring they operate efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering quality service to our customers.

 Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vending machines to ensure optimal functionality.

· Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools .

· Assist in the installation of new vending machines and equipment as needed.

· Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts.

· Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service requests and inquiries.

· Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.

 Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance or similar roles.

· Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Basic supervisory skills are a plus but not required.

· Familiarity with welding techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
