This role is working for our studio: Zephyr Mobile

You’ll be joining the Zephyr Mobile team, which originally was formed in 2016 and has been part of Tripledot since May 2024. 

The studio has achieved impressive success in the mobile puzzle games genre. Over 100 million people have installed games developed by the Zephyr team.

Zephyr is famous for its creative and inclusive atmosphere, where every member of the team can contribute ideas and suggestions towards game development.

The largest games produced by ZephyrMobile: Get Color, Nut Sort, Hey Color, Math Crossword.

Role Overview

We're looking for a smart, driven UA Manager to support the growth of our top-tier mobile games for one of our newly acquired studios. You’ll work alongside senior growth leaders and cross-functional teams to execute, test, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns. This role gives you hands-on experience managing budgets, developing creative strategies, and contributing to our overall marketing roadmap.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple genres—IAA, IAP, and Hybrid—and play a key role in building campaigns that reach millions of players around the world

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing UA campaigns: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across key ad networks. Own UA and creative strategy for some of the biggest games in the world
  • Budget ownership: Take responsibility for large budgets, ROI performance, and spend allocation across a range of different marketing channels
  • Creative testing: Collaborate with designers to test and iterate on creative concepts.
  • Performance insights: Work with BI to uncover learnings, drive reporting, and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-team support: Partner with Product, UA leads, and Analytics on key initiatives and experiments.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Foundational experience: 2–3 years in user acquisition, performance marketing, or similar role.
  • Collaborative mindset: Comfortable working across UA, Product, Analytics, and Creative teams.
  • Data-driven approach: Experience making data driven decisions, testing hypothesis and processing large amounts of data to make clear decisions
  • Hands-on UA knowledge: Familiarity with ad networks like Meta, Google, Applovin, Adjoe, Mistplay
  • Growth curiosity: Always asking “what’s next?” and hungry to learn through experimentation.
  • Detail-oriented: Comfortable optimizing campaigns, spotting changes or developments and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Proactive communicator: Brings structure, transparency, and energy to team interactions.
