As a Tyre Fitter & Wheel Alignment Specialist at Carma, you’ll handle tyre fitting, balancing, and precise wheel alignments, as well as diagnose tyre and suspension issues. You’ll play a key part in keeping vehicles safe, road-ready, and moving smoothly through our reconditioning process.

What you'll be doing?

  • Carry out precise wheel alignments using the right tools to ensure every vehicle drives straight and smooth.
  • Fit, balance, rotate, and repair tyres, always meeting safety and quality standards.
  • Inspect suspension and steering components to spot any wear, damage, or misalignment early.
  • Identify tyre wear patterns and diagnose alignment issues, recommending the best fix.
  • Monitor tyre and parts stock to keep things running efficiently.

Okay, let’s talk about you:

  • You have previous experience in tyre fitting and wheel alignment, ideally with a range of different makes and models.
  • You're comfortable using tech (especially Apple products) and can get the hang of new systems quickly.
  • You've got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in high-quality work.
  • You have a valid NSW drivers licence (P's and above).
  • You’ll ideally have a cert II in Automotive Servicing Technology, currently studying towards one, or other relevant qualifications/ experience.
