The marketing team runs seasonal promotions and always-on campaigns to drive both showroom appointments and online conversions.

Why does this role exist?
The company is investing in paid social to profitably scale revenue and lead quality in the Canadian market. They need a Meta Ads specialist who can operate independently, turning high-level direction into a clear action plan, executing full-funnel campaigns, and optimizing toward ROI. This role exists to build from scratch, rigorously test, and continuously improve performance while ensuring compliance with Meta policies and Canadian market regulations.

The Impact you’ll make

Strategy and Planning
  • Translate high-level business goals into a practical Meta Ads roadmap and testing plan
  • Define funnel architecture, audience strategies, budgets, and pacing
  • Conduct audience, keyword/theme, and competitor research for the Canadian market
Campaign Build and Creative
  • Build campaigns end-to-end in Meta Ads Manager, including structure, events, and tracking
  • Develop and iterate on creatives and copy using Meta Creative Hub best practices
  • Implement A/B tests across creatives, messaging, placements, and audiences
Optimization and Analytics
  • Optimize for ROAS/CPA/lead quality using Events Manager data, pixel/Conversions API signals, and GA4 insights
  • Monitor performance daily, diagnose issues, and rapidly deploy changes
  • Maintain strict compliance with Meta Community Standards and restricted terms in Canada
Reporting and Communication
  • Prepare clear, data-driven reports and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Highlight the metrics that matter to business outcomes and provide next-step recommendations
  • Communicate proactively on progress, learnings, and risks
Budget and Governance
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI while staying within spend limits
  • Maintain clean campaign hygiene, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Ensure policy adherence and minimize disapprovals/limited delivery

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Experience in building and scaling Meta Ads campaigns from scratch with a proven record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, or increasing qualified leads
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Community Standards, restricted keywords/claims, and compliance considerations for the Canadian market
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager (pixel/Conversions API), Audience Insights, and Creative Hub
  • Strong analytics skills using GA4 to connect performance to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, create action plans, and own results with minimal supervision
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (40 hrs/week)
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
  • No benefits package included
