As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you are essential in creating a positive first and lasting impression of Dip Doh Pizza Co. Your interactions directly impact the overall customer experience, making your role one of the most important in delivering exceptional service and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Your main responsibility is to ensure that guests have an outstanding dining experience. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, interacting with customers and making sure they feel welcome and cared for. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Seating Guests: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a smile, showing them to their seats, and making them feel at home.
- Taking Orders: You’ll take food and drink orders from guests in a friendly and professional manner. This includes being knowledgeable about the menu, suggesting items, and answering any questions customers may have about the dishes.
- Serving Food and Drinks: Once orders are ready, you’ll deliver food and drinks to the table quickly and accurately, ensuring everything is correct and presented well.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Throughout the meal, you’ll check in with customers to make sure everything is going well, and if there are any issues, you’ll address them promptly or notify a supervisor.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: You’ll keep the dining area and service stations clean and organised. This includes wiping down tables, cleaning up spills, and ensuring utensils and glassware are ready for use.
- Supporting the Team: You’ll collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations, helping with food prep or clearing dishes when needed.
- Handling Payments: You’ll process payments, take cash or card transactions, and ensure customers have a smooth checkout experience.
