The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hotel’s digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive direct bookings, and maximize online revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality marketing, international markets, and digital performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s brand positioning and revenue objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across search, display, social media, email, and OTAs.
- Oversee hotel website content, user experience, performance, and SEO in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Improve organic visibility and traffic in key international markets through effective SEO strategies.
- Lead social media strategy and content execution to reflect the hotel’s luxury brand, lifestyle, and guest experiences.
- Collaborate with creative partners, influencers, PR teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality digital content.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Indonesian citizen, ideally with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Has a minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury Hotel or Resorts
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns for international markets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Creative mindset with attention to luxury brand standards
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
