We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Print and Copy Administrator.
15 hours per week, Term Time.
Working hours will be 3 hours daily Monday to Friday, with times to be agreed.

Salary: Range 5-7 of the NJC pay framework for Support Staff, £25,159 - £25,951 per annum (reduced to £9,114.52 - £9,401.45 per annum pro rata) to reflect the reduced working nature of this role, 38 weeks plus 5 days per year. Standard practice is to appoint at bottom of scale.

Role Overview
As the print and copy administrator, you will run the day-to-day requirements of the college print and copy service, producing reprographics requests for staff and students to set timescales.
You will have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills with a good level of IT understanding/digital skills.

Applicants should ideally be educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or have experience of working in a reprographics role.
