Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced detail-orientated and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations for our office in Linden, NJ

Office Administrator is responsible for order processing, billing, answering incoming calls, and resolving shipping-related issues.  The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping experience and be proficient in QuickBooks accounting software.

Office Administrator Key Duties

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage billing, invoices, and customer payments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and carriers to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including data entry and account reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized records and support general office administration tasks.
  • Assit with other administrative duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Office Administrator Qualification

  •  Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
  • Experience with order processing and accounts receivable.
  • Familiar with shipping logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Bookkeeping experience required
