Hi there, we’re Article. 👋 Since 2013, we've been creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. As a Warehouse Lead, you will unload containers of boxed furniture, organize the warehouse, and stage outgoing orders for our home delivery partners. In addition, you will be using your leadership skills with leading, coaching, and supporting the warehouse team.

- Monday- Friday (40 hours a week)
- 1st shift hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd shift hours: 12:00 PM- 8:30 PM
Location: 400 Park Center Dr. Patterson, California 95363
- $24.25 hourly

What You'll Do:
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the warehouse team
- Maintain and report on multiple key performance indicators related to safety and productivity
- Embodying and demonstrating Article’s values and principles in all decision-making and actions
- Picking and packing furniture
- Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Maintaining good housekeeping in work areas
- Processes returned items, cleaning or otherwise preparing them to be returned to stock
Requirements:
Must-haves:
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Completion of a criminal background check
- Completion of a pre-employment drug & alcohol test (THC not tested)
- Reliable method of transportation
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a lead (or above) in a warehouse setting
- Proven ability to coordinate and direct warehouse operations
- Team-first attitude with a strong sense of accountability

- Comfortable following instructions and jumping in to help wherever needed

Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with warehouse practices like cycle counting, container loading/unloading, replenishment, and workforce scheduling
