We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to join our Property Management Department.
The right candidate will be able to perform various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the building and facilities are well - maintained & safe, including routine inspections and minor repairs.
This role will also include some administrative work so a good understanding of computers is also preferable.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks: This includes tasks like cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring the building and grounds are in good condition.
- Conduct Regular Inspections: Regularly check the building and facilities for any potential problems or areas needing attention.
- Respond to Maintenance Requests: Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with Minor Repairs: Undertake minor repairs to the building, equipment, and grounds, such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, or patching walls.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures in the workplace.
- General Support: Provide general support to other departments or staff as needed, including moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, or assisting with special tasks.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and contractors.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A full driving license.
- Basic Maintenance Skills: Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks, tools, and equipment.
