You will work alongside our subject matter experts - from developers to strategists -fostering internal relationships to produce the best outcomes for both the business and the client.

What you’ll be doing

As an Account Director, you will have overall ownership of and responsibility for meeting the revenue and client satisfaction KPIs for your assigned accounts. You will act as a true business partner, helping drive your clients' roadmaps by understanding their business, marketplace, and objectives.

This is a commercially focused role, but expect a little bit of everything. You will be the catalyst for getting things done, creating strategic plans, and ensuring we hit targets while safeguarding client happiness.

In this role, you will:

📊 Own the numbers: You’ll have ownership of client targets and the implementation of strategic account plans to deliver value for the client and revenue for CTI.
🤝 Build partnerships: You will understand your clients' budgeting cycles and foster a true partnership approach, ensuring CTI has relationships at all levels of the client business through effective stakeholder mapping.
🗺️ Drive strategy: You’ll lead and schedule strategically focused Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase proactive thinking and formulate roadmaps for future work.
📢 Be the voice: Champion the voice of the client within CTI to ensure we deliver in line with expectations, while acting as the interface that connects clients with our relevant SMEs.
🚀 Spot opportunities: You will proactively research market and competitor trends to foster value-driven thinking and introduce clients to CTI's full service offering in a tailored way.
📝 Manage the commercial detail: You will take ownership of commercial contracts and proposals, ensuring quality and clearly articulating client value.
🔥 Solve problems: When things don't go exactly to plan, you will act as an escalation point, confident in challenging thinking and resolving conflicts.

What experience you need to be successful

To thrive in this role, you need to be a proactive go-getter who is happy working independently but keen to contribute to the wider team. You should be a confident communicator who can build trusted working relationships and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ Experienced in account planning: You have strong skills in account planning and forecasting, with a detailed approach to opportunity tracking.
✔️ Commercially savvy: You have the initiative to spot business opportunities based on a deep knowledge of the client and their sector.
✔️ Tech-aware: You possess a broad knowledge of digital marketing and website development trends to hold meaningful conversations with stakeholders.
✔️ A problem solver: You have strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, able to coordinate with business teams to drive decisions.
✔️ Highly organised: You are calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Tool proficient: You have experience with the Atlassian suite and Hubspot (or similar CRM applications).
