Job Overview

The Company Secretarial Administrator will join our well-established Funds Department and be responsible for general administrative duties and deliver the excellent service and experience to our valued clients that we are known for. Working with a team of experienced Chartered Secretaries, the successful candidate will learn how to keep companies compliant with the Companies Act 2014, Central Bank requirements and other relevant legislations.   

Key Responsibilities

  • Company Secretarial support services  
  • Monitoring group mailbox  
  • Distribution of post  
  • Arranging for documents to be notarised and apostilled   
  • Creating and updating team schedules  
  • Maintaining statutory registers  
  • Monthly accounts reconciliation  
  • Assisting with projects  
  • Onboarding and handover of clients

  • Strong administration and organisational skills  
  • Good interpersonal skills   
  • Good attention to detail and decision-making skills  
  • Perfect written & oral English essential  
  • A fast learner with strong business acumen  
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients  
  • Good IT and computer skills  
  • Excellent Excel skills  
  • Ability to multitask   
  • Law Degree or Company Law qualification an advantage
