The Company Secretarial Administrator will join our well-established Funds Department and be responsible for general administrative duties and deliver the excellent service and experience to our valued clients that we are known for. Working with a team of experienced Chartered Secretaries, the successful candidate will learn how to keep companies compliant with the Companies Act 2014, Central Bank requirements and other relevant legislations.
Key Responsibilities
- Company Secretarial support services
- Monitoring group mailbox
- Distribution of post
- Arranging for documents to be notarised and apostilled
- Creating and updating team schedules
- Maintaining statutory registers
- Monthly accounts reconciliation
- Assisting with projects
- Onboarding and handover of clients
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Perfect written & oral English essential
- A fast learner with strong business acumen
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Good IT and computer skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to multitask
- Law Degree or Company Law qualification an advantage
