This is a hands-on leadership role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build APIs, optimize performance, and lead the development of key modules using modern technologies. Responsibilities
- Design and develop APIs based on application specifications and business needs.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for key modules using Python and Django.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Test, deploy, and debug applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Continuously refactor and improve existing software using industry-standard principles.
- Collaborate in requirements reviews and contribute to technical planning.
- Document code and processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Implement multi-tier software architecture using modern technologies.
- Monitor live systems and proactively optimize performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver impactful IT solutions.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong foundation in backend engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Django, building scalable web applications.
- Proficient in database technologies including PostgreSQL (PSQL), RDS, and SQL Server.
- Experienced in DevOps practices, especially Continuous Delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and its integration into software systems.
- Experience with Java and GoLang is a plus.
