ROLE OVERVIEW: 
The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, driven, and creative Social Media Manager to join the 54 Social Media Team, assisting with the creation, management and delivery of clients’ campaigns, advertising, communications, marketing, sponsorship, and events activity through key social channels.  
 
The desired candidate will report into the Social Media Senior Account Director and will be based from the 54 office in London, however, 54 will be managing events across the world, and the candidate will be required to spend periods of time on the ground at these events throughout the year. 
 
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of digital trends, advertising, marketing and the wider golf, padel, or sports industry is required, and the preferred candidate will hold 3+ years of dedicated social media marketing experience. Strong written and verbal skills are essential, as well as the ability to create and deliver exciting and innovative digital campaigns focusing on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. 
 
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role requires a dynamic skill set, and the ability to work to timeframes across a busy event series to deliver: 
·        Management of day-to-day event social media channels and campaigns: 
o    Copywriting  
o    Analysis and reporting  
·        Management of content creation initiatives alongside creative and production teams 
o    Video, graphics, and animation 
·        Creation of regular reports on campaign performance   
·        Development of content/publishing calendars  
·        Budget management 
·        Client Liaison / Account Management 
o    Update work in progress (WIP) documents 
o    Provide regular updates to Client and manage regular conference calls and meetings 
·        Partner Management  
o    Support Partnership Managers with partner and sponsors relations 
o    Consider intricacies of each Event partner when conceptualising ideas and timings 
§   Communication channels, product, audience profiling, tone of voice etc.  
·        Research & Analysis  
o    Regularly update plans based on new technology and concepts 
·        Team Liaison 
o    Communicate regularly with Event team and senior management 
§  Including Marketing Director, Partnership Director, Tournament Director, Head of Advertising, PR and Communications Director
