Job Overview

We are looking for a Part 145 Expeditor to join our Maintenance & Engineering team. This is a key role ensuring that materials are allocated and available for Base and Line Maintenance teams to carry out scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. You will play a vital part in supporting operational readiness and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate pre-loading of material requirements for planned maintenance activities.
  • Organise work pack pre-loads into designated zones and tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials from Logistics to maintenance work areas.
  • Liaise with Production Planners and Check Delivery Engineers to manage material priorities.
  • Sort and return unused spares to Logistics in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and labelling for all returned components.
  • Support stock level management for maintenance labels and consumables.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of the role.
