The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, greeting and communicating with clients, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Communication Champion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and Driven: Ability to multi-task, manage your time and prioritize work
  • Certifications: Public Notary, a plus

What You’ll Do:

  • Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies and shared office areas
  • Scheduling: Organize and schedule appointments and meetings. Book travel arrangements as needed.
  • Documentation: Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Recordkeeping: Develop and maintain a filing system (digital and physical)
  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to visitors and other team members as needed. 
  • Proposals and Marketing Support: Provide data entry support for Deltek Vantagepoint; assist with proposal production and delivery, if necessary
  • Event Coordination: Organize office events
