We are hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) / Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing veterinary team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with people and pets in a fast-paced animal hospital setting.
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients in person and over the phone
- Schedule veterinary appointments and manage calendars
- Check clients in and out and process payments accurately
- Communicate clearly regarding services, estimates, and hospital policies
- Answer multi-line phones, emails, and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
- Support daily front desk and hospital operations
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
- Veterinary or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy animal hospital environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Compassion for animals and their owners
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
