Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

Primary Function:

Use his/her knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries. He/she will speak with our customers, listen and ask open questions to gain a better understanding of our customers’ needs, and direct calls to respective staff within the Alto Group. All tasks are to be carried out ensuring excellent service standards and creating a positive experience for each customer.

**Must be able to work onsite in Uptown, BGC during training period

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume of calls in a timely manner;

  • Answer incoming calls and take appropriate action for each call;

  • Identify our customer’s needs and respond quickly and appropriately;

  • Follow/adhere to Alto Group procedures when handling our customer’s needs;

  • Resolve problems by clarifying our customer’s issue and referring the call quickly and appropriately to correct Department for attention;

  • Build and strengthen relations both with customer and Dealership staff;

  • Enhance Alto Group’s reputation by properly connecting our customer to the appropriate department; and

  • Any other duties as required from time to time by the management.
