Salary Range: $18 - $19 hourly plus commission
Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide support to leasing staff including the ability to work in the leasing position as requires
- Supervise clubhouse activities
- Oversee the maintenance of the clubhouse common areas
- Plan, co-ordinate and supervise social activities
- Publish/distribute the monthly customer newsletter
- Meet and greet the public
- Maintain relationships with civic /professional organizations
- Oversee the marketing efforts of the clubhouse and social programs within budget parameters and market plans
- Answer telephones, write work orders, escort residents to planned group activities off site
- Provide resource services to residents
Our Ideal Candidate
- 2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills
- Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to- date knowledges of rules, laws and regulations.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
