About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located (or ready for relocation) in UAE to lead one of the Tabby card team in the fastest growing product.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal and compliance teams to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of customers.

What you will be doing

  • Lead product initiatives and customer engagement, drive feature upgrades, and own the acquisition funnel, limit growth, and user activity.
  • Craft and execute an ambitious product roadmap to build an efficient product activation process.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle — from early ideas to full-scale fintech execution.
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Core teams to ensure products meet local regulations and security standards without killing innovation — we’re all about balance.
  • Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Be the glue between engineering, designers, marketing and compliance making sure everyone’s on the same page
  • Work hand-to-hand with UI/UX wizards to create a smooth and intuitive experience.
  • Set and track KPIs like a pro to track progress and measure improvements.
  • Analyze activation data to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and oversee the launch of new features, working with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption.

What you will need

  • UAE residence or ready for relocation.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with expertise in digital financial services, cards, or mobile banking products. Experience with credit products is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products.
  • Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English.
