Executive Director Position
Full Time $100,000 - $115,000 / yearJob Overview
The South Baltimore 7 Coalition, Inc (SB7) seeks a community-minded leader with a track record of successful nonprofit management and transformational public service to become our next Executive Director.
SB7 was formed as a partnership between six South Baltimore neighborhoods (each represented by its lead community organization) and the Baltimore Peninsula developer team to shepherd and administer a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) created as part of the Baltimore Peninsula development project. The CBA establishes a framework for funding initiatives to address community needs and priorities and for supporting the partnership’s infrastructure. SB7 incorporated as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation in May of 2017 and is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors made of representatives from the six neighborhoods and the developer team.
The December 2025 retirement of our first Executive Director presents a unique opportunity for the right person to further the revitalization of the South Baltimore region.
The constituent neighborhoods and their community organizations are:
• Concerned Citizens for a Better Brooklyn
• Cherry Hill Community Coalition
