Job Overview

We are seeking a client-focused professional to join as an Implementation Manager, responsible for
accelerating client integration and adoption of TT’s trading platform. This role blends client
advocacy, technical problem-solving, and project management, spanning day-to-day support in UAT
and Production, cross-functional initiative delivery, governance and communications, and FIX
conformance testing. The Implementation Manager drives incident resolution, translates
requirements into actionable test plans, and ensures stakeholder alignment through clear
communication and timely escalations. Partnering across technical and business teams, they adapt
priorities in real time to safeguard delivery and trading continuity, while championing continuous
improvement, operational excellence, and a client-focused, high-performing team culture.

What Will You Be Involved With?

  • Provide day-to-day client support across UAT and Production, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to troubleshoot, guide test plans, resolve incidents, and accelerate integration and adoption of TT’s trading platform.
  • Project-manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: define scope and milestones, continually re-prioritize, remove blockers, and deliver on time.
  • Run governance and stakeholder communications: publish clear status, proactively surface and mitigate risks, and escalate decisively to leadership when needed.
  • Design, execute, and manage FIX conformance test cases based on software requirements and a deep understanding of TT’s FIX services; recommend enhancements as the offering evolves.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team engagement, effectiveness, and efficiency by introducing, piloting, and implementing process optimizations.
  • Foster healthy team dynamics; coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing, service-oriented team with strong ownership and customer focus.
  • Continually expand domain expertise and adopt new tools and techniques to raise the bar on quality and velocity.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • BA or BS in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • Project management experience with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; ability to execute multiple projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Working knowledge of the FIX Protocol (versions 4.2–5.0)
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and asset classes
  • Working knowledge of middle and back-office workflows
  • Basic networking fundamentals and the ability to run basic diagnostics
