Step into a role where no two days look the same. You’ll:
- Handle your own caseload as well as assisting colleagues with more complex cases
- Work closely with specialist colleagues on everything from liability investigations to medical record reviews
- Instruct experts and Counsel, attend client and witness meetings, and support cases all the way to court
- Carry out legal research, prepare disclosure, and manage your own delegated tasks with confidence
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners
- Produce high‑quality work independently, using case management systems and Microsoft Office with ease
What You Bring
You’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and brings:
- Knowledge of Housing disrepair cases and relevant law
- An understanding of personal injury law
- Familiarity with Pre‑Action Protocols, CPR, and funding processes
- Sharp organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong IT skills and experience with electronic case management systems
