Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team for immediate placement. This role is integral to the successful execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate functions to community gatherings. As a member of the Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and signage.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Support event coordinators with logistical tasks, ensuring all event details are executed as planned.
- Monitor and manage crowd control to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for attendees.
- Assist with registration and check-in processes, ensuring smooth entry for guests.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
